Maggie Mae was no longer wanted.    Instead of knocking on the door to see if we would take her, she was thrown over the fence and left behind at what was to become her foster’s home.   She was so scared.  She had no idea what had happened to her, or what had become of her family.  After all she loved them very much, and she thought they loved her too.   She grieved for several days, finally trusting and finding comfort with her foster parents.  She will need someone with patience and love when she goes to her forever home.  She is loving, and likes nothing better than being a lap warmer.   She is crate trained and housebroken.  She gets along with other small dogs, but is not comfortable around small children.   She is fully vetted, and started on flea and heartworm prevention, and she is micro-chipped.   If you have a heart for the ones that have been abandoned, and the patience to love her until she can trust you, and would like to  give her the forever home she deserves, contact Ann at colliegal45@hotmail.com and ask for an application.

****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.

 Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
