Sage came from a rural animal control. She was way too skinny and very pregnant. Everyone scrambled to find somewhere safe for her and her unborn babies. Suddenly she was in labor! She had 8 babies. The last 4 of which were delivered in the car on the way to her foster. Now her babies have all been adopted and she waiting for her forever family. She has learned to be a great dog and has not met a dog or person she dislikes. She can be trusted to be left out of her kennel when alone and she knows sit and down. Sage absolutely loves to play fetch and is very ball driven. Maybe she is a flyball champ waiting to be discovered. She walks nicely on an easy walk harness and has the energy to be by your side on hikes, runs or long walks. However, she is just as content to be a lazy girl at home and have her tummy rubbed, whatever your choice would be. If you are looking for a perfect family dog....HERE SHE IS!! ****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.

 Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
