Scrappy is 8 lbs of cuteness. She is about 4 years old and had a bad hair cut from her previous owner. Once her hair grows out and she can get a proper hair cut she will look much better. She has always been around other dogs and kids. She is a small dog with a big heart, she loves every one that stops by her cage to see her. If you would like a small dog that wants to be with you and be your best friend stop by the shelter to meet this little girl. She sure is sweet.

****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.

 Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
