Hi, I'm Harley, and this is my story.  My brother and I were dumped in a rural area.  A nice man was feeding us, but another man was threatening to shoot us!  My foster mom drove two hours to rescue us.  Unfortunately for me, when she got there, I was nowhere to be found!  It would be another month before I appeared again and was rescued.  It was obvious that I had been through some difficult times during that month, but I am feeling much better now!  I love to play and I also love to snuggle.  My foster mom says that I am adorable!  Could I be that adorable boy that you've been looking for? Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
