Griffin was a owner surrender because his last family just didn't have the time to commit to him, and decided instead of keeping him and trying to train him, they would take the easy way out and give him up. The sad thing is he don't understand why, and is starting to grieve and wants to be in a home once again. Griffin needs someone that will work with him on potty training, (he is doing good so far) and someone that can give him the love that he longs for, and proper grooming to make him shine his way right into your heart, he is a very lovable boy, and wants to please you so much, he has showed us all that at the shelter. If your looking for a small dog that will be a dedicated animal this is your buddy. The Brussels Griffon is intelligent, affectionate and at times stubborn. Their personality is often described as similar to that of a terrier. This breed makes an excellent companion because it always wants to be where its family members are. Brussels Griffons can be a bit nervous in temperament and sometimes hard to train. However, they make great watchdogs and don't need a whole lot of exercise. This makes them a great choice for people who want a small indoor dog. Because the Brussels Griffon can be rather high-strung they are not recommended for households with small children.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
