2024113 Check out the eyes on this boy! Meet Cesar.  He is a lab mix around 1 years old.  He is 47lbs.  Cesar is good with other dogs, children and people.  We are unsure about cats.  He is very submissive but does show signs of knowing basic commands.   Cesar just loves to cuddle.  Please help us find him a home that will continue to work with him and help him gain the convinced he needs.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
