2024070 Muffins is roughly 6 yrs old. Spayed female French Bulldog 24 1/2lbs. She is good with other dogs but has a jealous side so submissive dogs in the home or one that she isn't gonna be in constant competition with for attention! She wants to be near her person as much as possible. She is not house trained but is doing very well on a schedule. She is crate trained but will bark and cry out if she can see you or the first few min after being crated but she's not one to pee and poop all over the kennel. She will go in with a simple "kennel" and point to it. She is protective of her person and will bond very strong to them.  Muffins would do best in a home with less foot traffic as she will run off anyone she thinks is "stranger danger". We would recommend no small children as well. Muffins does suffer from dry eyes and may require daily eye drops. She also has hearing loss in her left ear from chronic ear infections.  Muffins does not like being here at the shelter.  It is hard for her to adjust here (its is very stressful). Please help us find her a home to understand her and give her the time to adjust.  At first she will not act like she likes you but once you take her home and give her a few days, she will be your best friend.  Please help us find her a home.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
