Poor Charlie. Rescued, adopted, and returned 2 years later (he's quick and previous adopter could no longer keep up with him). We know Charlie is sweet, but he is scared. Even through all his upheaval, Charlie will still play with volunteers who come down to his level. Do you have the patience to let this little guy flourish? We know he will, but it may take a little time. He is loved at RCHS, but he belongs in a home! Charlie is a chihuahua mix approximately 4 yrs old 17lbs. He is a runner so a fenced in yard would be great. He does not like young kids ( they scare him). ****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.

 Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
