Check out our sweet Edith. Edith is a 5 yr old beagle mix. Around 34 lbs. she came to us from a local animal control where she was picked up as a stray. We soon learned she was heartworm positive. Now she has finished her treatment and now fully vetted. Edith is up for adoption. She gets along with other dogs and cats (if they run she will chase and bark). Edith is protective of her toys. She considers them her babies. This could get better now that she is spayed. For this reason we will say not good with young children. If you are interested in adopting please fill out a pre adopt.

****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.

 Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
