Franklin was rescued from a high kill facility with a scheduled euthanasia date.  Animal control found this little guy who followed some kids to school. Franklin must have a fenced yard to run in so he has a safe place when the zoomies hit. He is a loving little guy and would like to be a lap dog too. Franklin is looking for his forever home where he will be a welcome part of the family. He has been neutered, micro chipped, vaccinated, heart worm tested and started on flea and heart worm preventative. Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
