My name is Caramel and I am a timid little guy. Before I was put into rescue, all I knew was my elderly mom and her elderly cat. My foster mom says I am coming around nicely but I will need a patient household. I am curious and I want to explore but it is all so new to me it is kinda scary. I never really spent any time outside or around many other people in my year and a half of being. I will need a subdued household and a patient leader who will teach me how fun it is to be a dog. Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
