Otis was unwanted and scared when he came to us. He went straight into foster care and blossomed quickly. He is scared when first meeting new people, especially men but, once he trusts you he turns into velcro dog. He absolutely loves his people and wants to be under foot or on your lap. Otis enjoys playing with his toys, other dogs and he is a good boy around cats. He will need a patient home without rowdiness and will settle in fairly quickly. Otis has been neutered, micro chipped, vaccinated, heart worm tested and started on preventative. ****  Any Incomplete Pre-Adopts will not be considered,  We are Volunteers and our time is very important to us also and we cannot waist it on  incomplete adoption applications.

 Please be respectful and sensitive to our time we give to these animals and our mission to save lives.

Adoption fees, homechecks, and references are required. ALL of us  at RCHS work very hard to save these precious lives, and our only pay we get as volunteers, is a GOOD HOME LIFE for them, we all are volunteers, so please be patient and considerate of our time and responses.
